3.)... FruityLoops Software (FLStudio) CleverJoe product review
==============================
Fruity Loops has been a long time fave of CleverJoe's.
This superb drum loop creation software has evolved
over the last few years from a 'cool and quirky' drum machine
and electronica pattern generator into a monolithic musician's tool.

recently reviewed his own dog eared copy of the book
and highly recommends it with three big thumbs up.

A couple great new indie bands from New York:
Prospect Place
Prospect Place, a great hard rocking female duo, consists
of lead singer-songwriter Yotty and rhythm guitarist-backing
vocalist Rev. Together they moved from Israel to Brooklyn,
New York to start their music careers. Prospect Place's strong
music has been compared to such artist as The Breeders
and Throwing Muses.
Three big thumbs up - Clever Joe really digs
these ladies. See their web site at:

Jen Elliott, "The Secret's Out"
Her music has been described as mixing rock,
pop and blues, her voice compared to Janis Joplin,
Grace Slick, Bonnie Raitt and her songwriting ability
to Sheryl Crow's. Her new CD is part of a campaign to raise
awareness of the plight of one of the world's great Rainforests
through a joint undertaking, the Daintree Rainforest Project.
Great bluesy pop rock CD, great cause.
Jen's CD is now available for sale online at:
